The authors of Volume 2, Issue 4 of Clean Energy Science and Technology (CEST) come from four countries: China, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Mexico, including the Fellow of the Royal Society, the atmospheric vortex engine inventor in Canada, experts and scholars from the Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Tongji University, and Autonomous University of Yucatan. This issue contained ten papers: one editorial, one brief report, three review articles, and five original research articles. We woluld like to thank the authors, editors, and reviewers for their enthusiastic support of this journal.

Youth Science and Technology Forum(No. 2) was successfully held

On October 28th, 19:00-20:30, the 2nd issue of Clean Energy Science and Technology Youth Science and Technology Forum was successfully held in the form of online meeting. Associate Professor Cheng Fan of Shenzhen University was invited to be the host, Associate Professor Jianli Chen from Tongji University and Professor Chaoqun Zhuang from Nanjing Tech University were the guest speakers, and more than 120 scholars participated in the online meeting and exchanged ideas.
The Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Fan Xianfeng, spoke on the line and fully affirmed the level of reports and the warm atmosphere of exchange of the forum.

IFCEST | Dr Richard Blanchard: A renewable climate friendly future?
2024-06-05Dr. Richard Blanchard is Head of Energy and Power Engineering Research at Loughborough University. He is a member of the Centre for Renewable Energy Systems Technology and head of the Renewable Energy for Development Research Group. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, the Association of European Renewable Energy Research Centers and has over 200 peer reviewed publications. He has graduated over a dozen PhDs and worked on international research projects with value in excess of £50million.

New Layout Style in 2024
2024-01-01In 2024, Clean Energy Science and Technology will adopt a new layout style.
Significant changes take place on the first page of articles:
- The publisher logo is added at the left top of the first page.
- A left-hand column has been created to include the recommended citation style for the article, the publishing history, and copyright and license information.
Most importantly, the default license is changed to Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), which allows usage of the articles for commercial purposes.
Authors should turn to the Author Guidelines for preparing manuscripts.

Welcome Prof. Weimin Yang as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Clean Energy Science and Technology

Prof. Weimin Yang
Weimin Yang, He worked as a postdoc in the University of Tokyo, Japan from 2000 to 2002 supported by the Chinese government, and returned on schedule to work at Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Elected as a ‘Taishan Scholar’ in Shandong Province in 2007, he served as an adjunct professor of Qingdao University of Science and Technology. In 2012, he was elected as a distinguished professor of ‘Cheung Kong Scholar’ of the Ministry of Education.

Launch Symposium of CEST and Inaugural Academic Exchange Conference (China) Successfully Held in Shanghai

On July 29th to 30th, the Clean Energy Science and Technology (CEST) 2023 Launch Symposium and Inaugural Academic Exchange Conference (China) were successfully held at the Shanghai Chengtou Xinggang Building. The conference was organized by Singapore Universe Scientific Publishing and received strong support from the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Research Center for Energy & Power. Additionally, Mr. Haitao Wu, Director of the High-Tech Division of the Lingang Management Committee of Shanghai, attended the event and delivered a speech.
