不同品种怀地黄小分子糖类差异性分析

摘要

对不同品种怀地黄小分子糖类含量进行比较,旨在探究其小分子糖类含量的差异以及为制定怀地黄的产品质量标准提供科学依据。采用高效液相示差折光检测器对不同品种怀地黄的果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、棉子糖、水苏糖进行含量检测。鲜地黄小分子糖类物质总含量:北京脱毒3号 > 怀丰 > 金九 > 怀中1号 > 北京3号。生地黄小分子糖类物质总含量:金九 > 怀丰 > 北京脱毒3号 > 北京3号 > 怀中1号。五个品种地黄小分子糖类物质中水苏糖的含量均是最高。鲜地黄中北京脱毒3号小分子糖类物质总含量最高,生地黄中金九小分子糖类物质总含量最高。品种不同,怀地黄小分子糖类含量有明显差异。
