花色苷调控肠道微生物的研究进展

摘要

花色苷是一种广泛存在于各种果蔬,以C6-C3-C6为骨架的一类糖苷衍生物。除了赋予果蔬鲜艳的色泽外,花色苷已知对生物体具有抗氧化、改善心血管健康、保护视力、预防肥胖、保护神经以及抗肿瘤的健康效应。本文主要对花色苷的结构、分布、含量以及近年来有关花色苷及其代谢产物对肠道微生物调节的研究进展进行了综述,以期为深入开发富含花色苷的营养健康食品提供理论依据。
