Author Guideline provides the new version of manuscript format guidence, which aims to provide layout formatting instructions for paper published on Journal of Food Nutrition Chemistry.

The new article format introduces two significant enhancements: the License has been changed from CC BY-NC 4.0 to CC BY 4.0, and the Citation Format of the article has been incorporated into the PDF, facilitating easier referencing for scholars.
